| A Little About Me:
I have lived in many places and out of all of them, choose Beautiful Vancouver Island as my now until forever home. The scenery is breathtaking, the people warm and friendly, and of course, the weather wonderfully mild. Whether you are hiking on one of our many trails, taking part in the local festivals, island jumping to one of the surrounding Gulf Islands, or getting cozy with someone special in front of a roaring fire while watching a storm blow in across the ocean, you will love living here.
My career experiences have been as varied as the places I have lived. A Small Business Owner, Retail Manager - Fine Furniture, - Sales, Marketing and Production Manager - of a National Publication - Golf Guide Magazine and Corporate Tournament Director - Golden West Golf Course, Edmonton, AB, are careers I have enjoyed in the past. I have many interests and delight in the uniqueness of all those who come my way. Good music, good books, good company, needless to say, I could go on and on!
Purchasing a home for the first time on my own was a scary experience; however, one of the most empowering things I have ever done. The universe must have been looking after me though, as I didn't know what I was doing and the realtor I had didn't explain anything to me and of course, being totally unknowledgeable, I wasn't even aware of what questions to ask. Then there is that thing about not wanting to appear stupid…so you act as if you know what's going on…most of us have been there at one time or another! I have since become a realtor and have made it my mission to help the people who come my way with their real estate needs, in every possible way. There really are no stupid questions, information is power and the more you have, the better off you are. As a realtor I attend a seminar at least every 2 months in order to keep on top of the changes constantly being made to every aspect of the real estate trade. I want to have the most up to date information so I can better assist my clients.
