Lyn grew up in Matsqui, a small farming community located between Abbotsford and Mission, and has lived in many cities in BC, after backpacking in Europe she realized that Abbotsford was her home.
Lyn is an active member in the community and she is a participant in the Fraser Valley Housing Network, affordable housing. She believes that everyone should have a home to go to and that we need to educate the community about the complexity of homelessness and how we can help. She is also on the board of directors for the Fraser Valley Stage and enjoys performing.
