Teresa grew up in North Vancouver and has identical twin teenager daughters. She is well-connected and belongs to many network groups on the North Shore including the West Vancouver Women\'s Network, SWAN (Sucessful Women Always Network) and helped established and sits on the Advisory Board of the fundraiser Comedy Courage (www.comedycourage.com) that promotes awareness about mental health issues to help break the stigma through Comedy.
Prior to Real Estate Teresa worked as a Fundraiser and Communications Development Officer; Executive Administrator to the Board and Executive Director for a local non-profit charity dealing with people with disabilities and their families; she then established her own business helping people as a personal assistance in their homes; and has designed and staged homes.
