Teri contributes a wealth of marketing and media experience to her Real Estate Consulting business efforts, which she gained through writing for the Calgary Mirror newspaper; owning a small business; graduating from the BCIT Radio Broadcast Communications Program; and Selling advertising as an account manager for STAR FM. Teri\'s strengths lie in her business mind and her ability to manage/build and foster relationships along with targeting niche markets and developing effective strategies.
My Experience:
I have written for a community newspaper in Calgary, Alberta; run my own home business in Powell River, BC; worked on Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Ontario; managed a small office, Vancouver, BC; worked for a law firm, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia and earned my Radio Broadcast diploma from BCIT. With that experience I was also able to develop my marketing and promotions skills which led to selling advertising for STAR FM in Chilliwack, BC. I also have been an active volunteer with my children’s schools and local charities.
I know from my extensive experience that we are all looking for trust, accountability and good ol’ fashioned customer service. That means honesty and integrity and keeping things simple. You want more than just someone to help you in the buying or selling of your home. You want a positive experience with as little stress as possible. You want someone to go above and beyond just the required service.
I possess a kean business mind, sharp negotiating skills, and creative marketing initiatives.
