Member Policy:

1. You must be an ethical, licensed or practicing Real Estate Professional in Canada to be eligible for membership.



2. Memberships are available geographically, on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Each area is restricted to a maximum of 5 agents.



3. Memberships are an annual agreement. Annual dues are $275 per year (or $25 per month). Your "Agent Profile" page is subject to a one-time $99 design fee, and is Search Engine Optimized for high exposure.



4. Payment options include Visa, Master Card, or American Express. We will finalize payment with you following the submission of the application below.
